Hi I’m Olivia Waters
I’m a solicitor specialising in Family Law. I have had a wide range of experience helping my clients resolve various family matters including, divorce, separation, finances, cohabitation disputes and child arrangements, both amicably and in the court. I also have experience in other child disputes under the Children Act 1989.
Helping Families Resolve Matters Amicably
I have lived in Norfolk for most of my life and I attended High School and Sixth Form locally. I studied Law LLB and after graduating from the University of Lincoln, I completed my Master of Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University achieving a distinction. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2025.
My core value is to help clients resolve matters in an amicable way and with as little stress as possible in an already emotional situation. My aim is to ensure disputes are resolved in a cost-efficient way and maintain proportionality throughout.
In my spare time, I love running and pilates and spending time outdoors. If I’m not in the office you will likely find me out running. My personal goal is to run the super halves, which is six half marathons around Europe. I’ve done one so far…watch this space!
